All orders are payable in Euro, including taxes and mandatory contributions. At the time of purchase, the Customer may choose to pay by Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer.

Credit Card

The service is guaranteed by the most modern IT security systems, which protect and encrypt your card details.

PayPal

For payment via PayPal account, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal website to make the payment via their PayPal account. Transactions will take place in a secure environment using Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) encryption protocol or later. This protocol protects the integrity of your data during transfer to PayPal servers using a 168-bit encryption key (the maximum commercially available). For more information, visit www.paypal.com.

All payment platforms used directly manage the data entered on their website to make the payment. Tenuta Bruno does not collect any data relating to the Credit Card used or to the access codes for the “PayPal” payment method. This information is collected directly by the third-party systems used.

Bank Transfer

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the Customer must make the payment following the instructions provided on the website and in the automatic email confirming receipt of the order. The purchased goods will be shipped to the Customer only after the transfer has been received.

The IBAN code to which the transfer should be made is as follows: IT02M0103078670000000326006
Bank: Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena Filiale di Torremaggiore (FG)
Payable to: Salvatore Bruno

The reason for payment must indicate the order number, which was provided in the aforementioned order confirmation email.

The Customer is required to send a copy of the payment by email to info@tenutabruno.it within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation. If Tenuta Bruno does not receive a copy of the payment within this period, it will cancel the order.

Notes: any bank charges shall be borne exclusively by the Customer (even in the event of a refund). Communications relating to payment and the data provided by the Customer at the time of payment are transmitted via secure lines and with all the guarantees provided by the security protocols used by the payment circuits.
