The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on the website www.tenutabruno.it. Access to the website is free for users and does not entail any obligation to purchase. User registration is mandatory in order to proceed with the purchase using the appropriate form. By submitting a purchase order, you accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the privacy policy.
The applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale are those in force at the time the order is placed.
Tenuta Bruno reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time by publishing a new version on this website. Customers are therefore invited to always read the information before making a purchase.
Orders
By placing an order through this website, the Customer agrees to purchase the products they have selected, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Once orders have been submitted to the system, they are considered approved. Any changes can be made subject to agreement between the parties. It is therefore the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order is correct before confirming it.
For orders placed through this website, upon confirmation, the Customer will receive an email confirming the order just placed. Before sending the Order, you can view information on the website regarding the activity, price, including taxes and shipping costs.
Offers are valid for as long as they are published on the website and while stocks last. In any case, and in the event that, after the Order has been placed, the product is totally or partially unavailable, the Customer will be immediately informed by email of the unavailability of the product and the total or partial cancellation of the Order.
Prices and VAT
The prices of the products offered for sale on the Tenuta Bruno website are indicated in euros and are the prices in force at the time the Customer places the order. Tenuta Bruno may change the sales prices of the products at any time and without notice. Such changes will be notified to the Customer before any order is placed. Product prices include VAT but do not include shipping costs, which vary depending on weight (see Shipping) and are displayed in the Order summary before the Customer is asked to confirm the Order.
Warranty
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address specified by the Customer when placing the Order. All goods are insured during transport and the Order is 100% guaranteed. Tenuta Bruno will deliver the selected products as confirmed in the summary email.
Tax documentation
The products will always be accompanied by an order summary. Tenuta Bruno will issue an invoice at the customer’s request, which can be made at the time of ordering.
N.B.: Once the Customer confirms the Order, they declare that they have knowingly accepted the content and conditions of the Order in question and, in particular, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the prices, volumes, characteristics, quantities and delivery times of the products offered for sale and ordered by the Customer.
