Orders will be processed as soon as they are received. Tenuta Bruno undertakes to deliver the products as quickly as possible. The goods ordered depend exclusively on the Customer’s wishes. If they are refused, the Customer will be charged for the return shipping costs.
Shipments will be made by Express Courier:
– Within 24/48 hours throughout the national territory;
– Within 6/7 days throughout the european territory.
Transport costs are insured and will be calculated based on weight.

Consumer information pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999 (in Official Gazette No. 143 of 21 June). – Implementation of Directive 91/1/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.
Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract/order entered into on the Internet without penalty and without providing any explanation, subject to the following conditions.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send written notification by registered letter with return receipt within 14 days of receiving the goods to the following address:

Withdrawal may also be communicated, within the aforementioned 14-day period, by email to info@tenutabruno.it, provided that the notice of withdrawal is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following 48 hours.
In order for the right of withdrawal to be validly exercised, the purchased products must be returned intact, unused, in their original packaging, with the original labels still attached and with the accompanying tax documentation. The products must be carefully packaged in order to protect the original packaging from damage, writing or labels. All items and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way.
Method of Refund of the Fee
The effectiveness of the withdrawal is subject to verification of the condition of the returned products by Tenuta Bruno. If the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised in accordance with the above provisions, Tenuta Bruno will refund the purchase price, minus all shipping and transport costs, by bank transfer (or other form of payment) within 30 days of receipt of the returned products.
Tenuta Bruno will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the Returns Policy.
In such cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
